Your 100% satisfaction is important for us, we offer a 5 days return & exchange upon receiving. Your return item must be on its way back by day 5 of receiving, day 1 is day when the product delivered. Unfortunately we won't able to offer refund or exchange service if customer failed to apply this timeline.

  • Timing: 5 days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was delivered. 
  • To be eligible for a return, wigs must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, uncut, no color and cap adjustment made and it must also be in its original packaging.
  • For returns, please email returns@wigywigy.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned & exchanged items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after
  • Customized wigs are not refundable & changeable since they are CUSTOMIZED

Shipment

Standard shipment timing: 5-8 days

***Due to the impact of COVID-19, the logistics time might be different from standard timing. Currently our customer are receiving packages at a 5-10days time range depends on the fullfillment efficiency update of each logistics company. 

Do You Ship Internationally?  

Yes, we do. Orders are typically fulfilled via UPS/Fedex/USPS/DHL based on customer preference. We recommend you to sign off your package. P.O box address are not acceptable.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Yes, you will received an email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped! If not, please email orders@wigywigy.com to seek for support.
